We are happy to announce that Summit Associates is continuing to offer a series of monthly Continuing Legal Education classes to our clients. These seminars are free and open to the general legal community. We hope the CLE classes will help our clients further grow the success of their legal practice and further promote collaboration among the legal community.

On November 19, 2003, we are holding our class, "Tax Deferred 1031 Exchanges" (Course # TAX0112) from 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM at the Best Western Queens Court 133-51 39th Avenue, Flushing, Queens. Food and refreshments will be served. Joining us as speakers will be Glenn Romano, Managing Partner for Romano and Kuan and Summit Associates' General Counsel, Lana Choy, Esq. This class will discuss the various issues associated with tax deferred 1031 exchanges and address some of the relevant legal issues and red herrings involved in such exchanges.
